I kinda don't think if a legacy company offers us a very well rounded offer, it won't need to include billions up-front. Especially if we go with hub-n-spoke corp model

I agree with KC on no other reason to take legal overseas. We've had the mTNBC data for 11 months. Was asked to wait 3 months for a poster information. That was submitted...3 months ago.
That's the linchpen to me --- they didn't sit & do nothing beyond that poster for 3 months.
That's why i agree with KC's line of thought, but yours too of could still be a little longer. Because you both can be right for many reasons -- & all good reasons
Those confirmation results of LL / PD-L effect, are crucial to anything anyone says. Exciting expectations for me.
