I agree with KC on no other reason to take legal overseas. We've had the mTNBC data for 11 months. Was asked to wait 3 months for a poster information. That was submitted...3 months ago.
That's the linchpen to me --- they didn't sit & do nothing beyond that poster for 3 months.
