But the PR told us that 5 out of 5 who had a raised PD-L1 expression and were treated with Leron + an ICI have survived. This is 100 percent.
So there must have been 2 patients who were treated with Leron and an ICI who did not survive, because they did not have a raised PD-L1 expression. This would indicate that either they were not given a dose of 525-700 mg Leron, or because they were in the 12 % who were given a high dose but whose PD-L1 expression did not significantly increase.
In either event, it still looks to me like survival rate -- for those given enough Leron + an ICI -- is not 70% but 88%. In this small sample. But given that all of the survivors had failed multiple earlier courses of treatment, it would be a good bet that more than 88% CAN BE SAVED.
