5/5 patients (100%) who demonstrated a significant increase in PD-L1 expression after receiving leronlimab and received treatment with any ICI remain alive today.
And

5/17 (88%) of patients who received a weekly dose of 525 mg or higher experienced a significant increase in PD-L1 expression
So it would stand to reason that if we dose patients with at least 525 mg of Leron, their PD-L1 will go up in 88 % of the cases. And if we dose that 88% with Leron AND a checkpoint inhibitor, all of them will survive.
I.e., we can save 88% of all cases of TNBC by dosing them with 525 (or more) mg of Leron and a checkpoint inhibitor.
P.S. I know I said this yesterday. I will probably say it again tomorrow.
