Yes , very much yes,,
About 50% of patients treated by Car-T , developing very serious , often lethal side effect called Cytokine Release Syndrome. ( neurological problems are included in this Syndrome )
Leronlimab should be very good in combination , actually Dr NP told us one of the university in Boston will be doing preclinical study for us in Car-T .
I dont know why it never came to fruition , but I often think how great for patients it will be .
Now cognitive problem after Car-T , most probably will not happen if leronlimab will be use together..
I hope one day soon someone will do the study.
