- Even thought SNPW has not recorded one sale for Foxess, subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company Tsingsha Group. in three years, Foxess has not dissolve that relationship.
- Even though SNPW has not recorded one sale for GEP New Energy in 2 years, GEP New Energy has not dissolve that relationship but in fact expanded that relationship to include distribution of their products in Australia.

And because Sun Group the parent company of GEP New Energy list Sun Pacific Power corp as the contact for GEP New Energy USA. on their corporate directory.

After a long six month process the Clean Energy Council (CEC) issues approval for SUN PACIFIC POWER PTY LTD as an importer for the Australian Market for GEP PV Modules and Jiangsu Green Energy Power Technology Co Ltd
