Almost certainly those who survived to 4+ years were on the 525mg/700mg dose. So that may improve a bit when only 700mg is used. Where there should be vast improvements is when it's used in an earlier line of treatment. In later stages you're dealing not only with the damage caused by the tumor, especially the metastasis but also from the heavy treatment course of chemotherapies, radiation and surgery. That poor lady who became cancer free because of CRISPR therapy had her entire colon removed before that.
