TORONTO, ONTARIO, Feb 15, 2013 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- LCTI Low Carbon Technologies International Inc. (LCT) is in default of CNSX requirements. Effective immediately, LCTI Low Carbon Technologies is suspended pursuant to CNSX Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules.
