BKMUC i know mm VFIN as a diluter and he is still

BKMUC i know mm VFIN as a diluter and he is still remaining on the top of the ask with hidden shares of millions. what is your opinion of it possibly being? historically i have noticed in other stocks that it is the the company or an insider dumping shares......but samblis says no one has filed a 144 to sell shares. any thoughts on what this could be? because at this point i think i am halting the buying in the 4s and wait for 3s if this continues. honest opinion would be greatly appreciated from you or anyone else that has a decent idea. thank you in advance.
