Interesting you say that Figgs. I’ve been saying something similar in my local circles in my small town. Europe tends to try to approve first, but in this case, the FDA would be severely one up if Europe approved first. It’s almost an arms race of sorts. Who approves first? FDA has the stronger hand and certainly the ability to make the first move, but will they have the guts? Not sure. But if they don’t, Europe, certainly gets the glory and their patience. Get access to the limited inventory.
Sure, like we did in May 2020 we can place an order for new VIALS but that will take a couple of months to resupply. Does the FDA really want to let this limited inventory? Go overseas first? I don’t think so.
If clear heads prevail, DOD will get first access.
