Gilbert and Antar seek to verify their research that indicates Letitia “No One Is Above the Law” James has committed mortgage fraud, insurance fraud, tax fraud, and defrauded New York City by misrepresenting the number of apartment units and the number of floors in her building in order to obtain lower commercial and tax rates she was not entitled to.
