Apr 3, 2013 08:59:00 (ET)

CAMPBELL, Calif., April 3, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- GraphOn Corporation (otcqb:GOJO), a leading worldwide developer of remote application access and Web-enabling software solutions, today announced the immediate availability of GO-Global 4.6 for Windows.

"Further expanding our mobility capabilities, GO-Global 4.6 adds the ability for iOS clients such as iPad and iPhone to connect through our enterprise gateway solution," said Christoph Berlin, GraphOn's Chief Operating Officer. "We've also broadened our client support with a Google Chrome Plug-in, compatibility updates for Internet Explorer 10 and Firefox 17, as well as a native client for Ubuntu."

GO-Global for Windows is a cross-platform solution that delivers centralized Windows applications to virtually any location, platform, and operating system as though the applications were running locally. With the included GO-Global Gateway component, the enterprise and large hosting providers can take full advantage of Active Directory and load balancing, while scaling beyond the limits of GraphOn's stand-alone GO-Global Host software. GO-Global Clients support Windows, Linux, UNIX, iOS, Android, and virtually any web browser.

GO-Global 4.6 for Windows incorporates a wide range of new features and functionality, including:

-- iOS Gateway Access. For larger deployments utilizing GO-Global Gateway, GO-Global 4.6 includes access via Apple iPad and iPhone with the new GO-Global Gateway app available for free at the Apple App Store.

-- Chrome Plug-in. Support has been added for Google Chrome on Microsoft Windows platforms. The GO-Global Chrome Extension can be installed from the Chrome Web Store or via direct download.

-- Native Client for Ubuntu. Linux Client support on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (32-bit/64-bit) has been added.

-- Mobile printing. Local client-side printing from remote applications is now supported on the iOS Client with mobile devices running iOS 5.1 or later.

"This release provides greater cross-platform compatibility and extends our GO-Global Gateway solution to mobile professionals," said Mr. Berlin. "GO-Global 4.6 is the first of three releases planned for this year. Future planned releases will include Windows 2012 Sever support and further enhancements to our GO-Global Gateway solution."
