Just got off the phone with a Jeffrey Ferrell from the Dream Exchange.

He stated that their best estimate of when they will be issued a license to operate as an exchange is 6-12 months from now.
He also said that it's like being in a limbo status.
They have no control over the SEC and how fast or slow they move.
Therefore, the 6-12 months is just a guess.
He also stated that once a company is on the NYSE, Nasdaq or DE that they can be traded on all platforms.
Once I mentioned Dr. David Dalton he said he needed to go to attend another meeting........
