1. Early in the webinar, he spoke about what it takes to be listed on either the NASDAQ or the NYSE. One of the things he mentioned was that a company had to be public with at least three years of AUDITED financial statements.
Doc has mentioned Nasdaq before, multiple times. His company was once listed on the Nasdaq, so this is not new information for him. The companies that he would be merging would have to show 3 years of audited financials.

2. As far as the Venture Exchange goes, the gentleman said that once a company reached 2 Billion in Market Cap or Public Float, it would be removed from the Venture Exchange and moved to a major exchange, either the Nasdaq, NYSE or their own National Market System Exchange.
I would certainly hope that once Doc puts his companies together that they would exceed a 2 Billion dollar Market Cap.

3. Companies will be able to announce that they are part of the exchange once they launch, not before.

4. Venture Exchange will include both Private and Public companies.

5.He said the Public Comment period can last 6 -12 MONTHS.

Regardless of what's happening with the Dream Exchange, Doc has to eventually merge his companies and comply with the SEC.

He is struggling to comply with the OTC.
