I expect Gilead is looking to get Sacituzumab Govitecan-hziy used earlier in treatment. For PD-L1 expressing tumors, pembro + chemo is probably first line treatment in mTNBC. Gilead wants Sacituzumab Govitecan-hziy + pembro to be new first line.
