I walked in to a visitation for a family member. A relative said, Oh my goodness, you look so much like your grandfather (I never knew him).
I said, You mean my grandfather who dropped dead from a heart attack at 48?
She said, He was 47.
Fortunately, for us and for our offspring, Atherosclerosis is on the list: Ohm's List. Off-label Use - Heck yes!
Asterisk: My grandpa served in both World Wars I and II. Served in the Canadian military in One. He then enlisted for the US the day after Pearl Harbor and helped run logistics (the US provided supplies to Russia, through the Persian Gulf). He had a thorough physical exam as part of his military discharge at war's end, and died a short time later. My mom was 15.
