I see everyone was pretty busy on the board here last night, wow. as far as why aqci didn't finish project in brazil, they had issues with company they hired to work in brazil and couldn't get additional funding(http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1081242/000116796604000083/aquatic10ksba2.txt).
