NEW: The ringleader in the Tren de Aragua attempted gang killing of a Seattle area woman has been living at a home in Lake Oswego, Oregon. He goes by the name "Daniel" and remains at large, according to court documents. Defendant Kevin Sanabria-Ojeda, 24, previously lived at the same Lake Oswego home as Daniel. Daniel and Ojeda traveled to Washington state and picked up defendant Alexander Arnaez-Gutierrez from an apartment complex in Rainier Beach, Seattle. Records show that Gutierrez was a client of the Asylum Seeker Rent Assistance Program in 2024. This despite an immigration judge ordering his removal in 2023, per ICE. Prior to leaving Oregon, Daniel informed Ojeda that he "had business in Seattle and that he had a plan to make money." Once in Seattle, Daniel explained that he had been watching a lady (the victim) for a couple of months. The three suspects then allegedly carried out the attempted gang killing, kidnapping and torturing the woman before shooting her and leaving her for dead in a mountain pass. She miraculously survived. Daniel and Ojeda have worked as apple pickers in eastern Washington and travel across state lines for work, per court records. Ojeda was captured in Chicago before being transported back to Seattle. This case suggests that the Tren de Aragua terror group has been operating in Oregon and Washington, two sanctuary states that have been accused by the Trump admin of aiding and abetting illegal aliens.
Update - Seattle area Tren de Aragua terror case. I was reading through court documents and something caught my eye. ICE said that the two apprehended suspects are illegal aliens. During a vehicle search, authorities discovered a social security card belonging to defendant Kevin Daniel Sanabria Ojeda. It's against the law for illegal aliens to possess social security cards, so how did he get one? Who in Washington state is dishing them out to foreign terror suspects and where is the black market? Authorities are also searching for a THIRD suspect in this case who remains at large. During the vehicle search, another social security card was found in the vehicle belonging to a "Charlie Manzano." More to come.
