I thought I'd better comment before this topic goes cold. But ending animal studies is a step in the right direction. I apply basic logic to things ( because I do not posses the knowledge of Ohm20 and Mightycydy .... but I've heard lots of Mouse studies with phenomenal results fail in human studies, therefore is it very possible some test drugs fail in mouse studies but would be great drugs (AKA:LL for Glioblastoma)?
Right to try ought to be loosen up whereas people that need it can ready get it on a timely basis! Right now LL can save 1,000's of women's lives in Tnbc, but we have to monkey around for a few more years(?) to see fruition. Meanwhile, clowns like Mazzystarr Blast us with salvo after salvo with no regard to human suffering! The FDA should realize certain drugs potential and get behind it.
To me the approval contest is like an old western where the hero cowboy has to run a gauntlet of Native American hitting him with everything they got before he can speak to the chief. Or the drug approval process is like the marine confidence course, making it hard for the micro-cap companies to compete.
