That was always the case.
Then they were sued for discrimination. We had food stamps for years and you got food stamps back. However that was considered shunning the persons on food stamps. Then sued for not having the same choices as everyone else was discrimination.
I am almost surprised alcoholic beverages aren't allowed.
If the tariffs work in bringing jobs back. There won't be many on food assistance.
