"As you can see from the chart, the P2O Processors and Plant Overhead costs account for 9% of the overall cost of a gallon of fuel, at approximately $0.11 per gallon."

See slide 7 of the transcript. Page 45 of the pdf. Looks like Matt Ingram is speaking of what is current. I interpret the pie chart to be current.

I didn't see it as the breakdown for 2012 because the 10K indicated the the cost/gal was $2.09 for 2012...which included the significant one time costs.

$1.22.25 does not = $2.09; cost for 2012. $1.22.25 is significantly lower.
