Alzheimer's -

There are over 7 million patients with Alzheimer's in the U.S. With a very good drug you should easily be able to see a 15% or more market penetration. Even at the lower price of $35,000 that I think leronlimab should be at (although may end up higher) that's $36.75 billion per year. Earnings could be around $3.6 billion at 10% net. What would the P/E be for a very good drug for Alzheimer's that has the potential to treat dozens of other diseases? If we go with an absurdly low P/E of 12 then the market cap would be $43 billion dollars. Market sentiment may drive that higher.

Of course then there's the rest of the world to consider.
