Ramjet, While I agree that ultimately the value

While I agree that ultimately the value of the company will be determined by its efficiency on the various indications that the company is presently exploring, any buyout offer will be based on what the buying company thinks it can sell to its own shareholders. If they offer $20B for a company currently selling at .25 with a market cap $300M, that would be at 67x. Not sure if that ever has happened. It is unlikely to get a favorable response from its shareholders.
That’s where ER is right. The share price needs to be higher, but it’s not good if it temporarily rises only to fall back to its lows. While HHIGambler partially answered my questions about buyout offers, no one answered whether it would legally and ethically okay for the company to say they received buyout offers that they rejected, while not identifying the company or the price. I would think that would move the share price in the right direction.
