Dr. Carmichael on CCR5, CREB and GABA signaling in stroke. He says that CCR5, elevated CREB and downregulated GABA enhance stroke recovery. He suggests that with CREB and GABA that specific drugs can modulate these for improved recovery. Leronlimab upregulates CREB and downregulates GABA alongside its other stroke recovery benefits so the other drugs are unnecessary. This was recorded in 2019 so he may know this by now.
