Got a crazy question, but what do you think about whether it might be possible that when a patient is treated with leronlimab for some time, that leronlimab cause a tumor specific permanent change in some immune protein or some immune cell, like a memory cell or an anti-body.
Good catch. With the correction to immune dysfunction that leronlimab does what you would see is more long lasting B-cells and stem-like T-cells that would have the antigen memory for cancer fixed in place and ready to attack any new tumor cells.
