In our 14 week human trial we showed p = .008 at 350 mg. Statistically significant and very good results with a short timeline and small patient population. In mice models who knows? Mouse models can give an indication of potential efficacy but it's not foolproof due to variations in metabolism and immune response between humans and mice. I trust our human trial results far more than any mouse study.
