As I was underestimating this morning, I decided to do a few searches and watch a few videos one of which is below.

The probably he articulated so well is while video is great, it can be slow depending on how you do it. Go through the Shopify stock and it's slow. Do what LyveCom does and it makes a big difference.
10-20 years people might wait up to 8-10 seconds for a page to load and have the patience to do so. Now it's about a second for the first click and even less after that before they are onto something else (bounce) and you have no hope to close any sale.
