The patient I am talking about we used to call number one , but probably it would be better to call her now # 0,
She is not listed with our patients as she was not accepted after her final evaluation , after her biopsy . She received one or 2 injections of leronlimab as she was waiting for her biopsy results.
Dr Patterson new at this time that anyone who express CCR5 on the surrounding tumor microenvironment , even if it is negative on the cancer cells , should do well with CCR5 inhibitors.
The thing is , Dr Pestell rejected these patients at the time .
