I like to keep an eye what is happening with it , but I am not an expert.

It is showing potential in treatment of TNBC and other cancers , it will be one more possible cancer immunotherapy.
It is more specific to patients own tumors.

But there are still some problems with it ..

They expect it will be use together with other treatment and not as a single agent.

So far from my reading vaccine is not very stable , and in some patients produced immunosuppression of the surrounding tumor microenvironment , and this is not good..

Most probably will have a better chance in younger , than in very old with weaker immune system..

So far they showing good results with TNBC , but as noted it will be mostly use as combo and not monotherapy.

I am sure doctors and the patients will be happy to have one more tool for this bad disease.
