And during one of the conference Dr Patterson was explaining that CCR5 expression we may see on tumor itself , in the surrounding tumor microenvironment , or in both areas , and all those patients should respond to CCR5 inhibitors .
After that , I don't know from where , possibly also from Dr Patterson we learned the very first patient Dr Pestell removed from the study after her final biopsy results came , her CCR5 expression was only on the micrornvironment , but not on the tumor ..
Then I read more about , did some research , and Dr Patterson is correct.. .
