Great idea, House, except that we have already applied for a BTD on the basis of this trial and were turned down -- wrongfully, according to Ohm. Perhaps the continuing survival of the patients is a kind of new evidence that would allow us to repeat the application -- don't know if that is possible.

It does seem like a phase III would be a great idea. We would need funding from a partner for that, but why not?
