I used to own a stock that was in the $2.00 range

I used to own a stock that was in the $2.00 range (a miner) and on a Wednesday it started to tank badly. By late Friday it was down over 50% on absolutely no news or rumors. I had this happen to me before, so I doubled my position in the last 30 minutes of trading. Lo and behold, 6 am Monday it was announced that the company was being bought out at double the price it was on Wednesday. Somebody close to those in the know knew it was going down. I hope that is what is happening now, however, I don't believe that to be the case only because the volume has not been that great, but maybe something will get announced on Monday at 6:00 am. We are definitely due for some major announcements.
