Upon recent expiration of a confidentiality agreement, AQCI today announced it is teaming with North Cal Wood Products, Inc. of Ukiah, CA, to distribute AQCI's eco-friendly hardwoods to US and European markets.

In making his long anticipated announcement, Gary Ackles, CEO of AQCI, stated, "We have been coordinating with North Cal since March to develop an effective strategy for penetrating key US and European markets. Our confidentiality agreement was initiated to provide North Cal sufficient lead time for transition to our eco-friendly products and to minimize any disruptive effects this transition might have on their existing business. During this period, we worked closely with North Cal's management to develop an initial species offering for AMAZON LINE, train sales and marketing staff, produce product literature for catalogues and multimedia presentations and, finally, to begin establishing our network for sales and distribution. I am extremely pleased with the progress we have made thus far."
