Drug Versioning aka Product Hopping is being charged against our old friend Gilead.
It appears Gilead knowingly withheld a better version in order to milk hundreds of millions in revenues from an older version of its HIV drug. Researchers contend that its cost lives and SAEs as a result of their actions.
As I have mentioned before,...I wouldn't invite them to the house...much less the bedroom.
I just hope its someone else.
