The CEO still named at otcmarkets.com - Chad MacKay - did not provide any update to them during the 15-day Grace Period.
Another trader has claimed to have contacted Chad MacKay on a phone number provided by yet another trader that is not the one listed on otcmarkets.com.
He is claiming that Chad MacKay told him that he is no longer involved with $SFLM and put that out in a press release "over a year ago".
MacKay did no such thing as the last update from the company was the PR linked via 'X" on October 26, 2023 which stated:
"SFLM, please see the attached press release. This will provide details since November of last year."

In particular note:
"... we have every intention of adding Shareholder value by executing on our business plans, even though obtaining the best type of financing will add complexity. We could not be more optimistic about what we are trying to accomplish and the opportunities ahead of us that are waiting to be fulfilled!"
