I'm not seeing any posts about "cup and handle" lately. In my 30 years experience charting stocks and also investing in biotechs, pre-approval clinical level biotechs trade on news, not on technicals. Once they get to be big boys, like Amgen and Biogen, then the charts can be meaningful. Hopefully, one day soon we'll be up there, too.
