Interpretation from Google: RSI divergence occurs when the indicator lags behind price, while RSI reversal signals result from price lagging behind the indicator. Both divergence and reversal signals can be bullish or bearish. In a bearish divergence, for example, price makes a higher high but the RSI makes a lower high.
