Would people like to chime in on how long a TNBC preclinical study trying to better clarify the MOA in oncology might take? Or a TNBC preclinical seeking to determine if there are potential synergies with leronlimab and antibody-drug conjugates and immune checkpoint inhibitors?

Although the September 9, 2024 press release mentioned these things, I interpret the December 17, 2024 press release to mean that they were perhaps about to start that work in December.

From a few things I've seen, xenograft studies can be as little as a couple of months study time plus more for analysis. I did notice that SMC Labs does offer xenograft services, and wonder if the "great collaboration with CytoDyn Inc." (2/28/2025 Fibrosis news posted at SMC website) extends to TNBC work.

I've also glanced at some papers developing other TNBC murine models that have much longer timelines, but I wonder what the collective wisdom on this board has to say in speculating about TNBC preclinical study length.
