USS, I admire your kind heart and have appreciated having you among us. However, I must respectfully disagree with your view on his intentions. He was fully aware of his actions when he chose to deceive us and exploit many innocent shareholders who lost significant portions of their life savings. Personally, I've lost over $716,000 so far, and despite buying a considerable amount more recently, my average is still above a dollar.
Many of my friends and family members lost substantial sums and chose to bail out, unlike me. My assistant invested $8,000 of her savings and lost most of it. So, I hope you understand why I firmly believe he should receive the maximum sentence — to deter others in positions of power from exploiting innocent people.
Fortunately, this significant paper loss won't ruin me or my family, and my belief and faith in this molecule, as well as our new team, far outweigh the decisions of those who chose to exit. Perhaps your losses haven't been as severe as mine, which might make it easier for you to be more forgiving.
But to each their own! Feel free to follow your heart and do the Christian thing by forgiving him. As I said, I truly applaud you for your compassion.
