Well, the truth is... Dulles commissioned Roger Morales to shoot JFK in the face from the grassy knoll. Kennedy crossed two redlines that are out of bounds for the National Security “blob”: 1) he successfully established a secured backchannel with Khrushchev to hold talks on peace, nuclear disarming and; 2) he was briefed on non-human intelligence and UFOs, and decided to contact Khrushchev to establish a joint disclosure of extraterrestrials and that Eisenhower and Stalin had both made a big fucking mistake of signing deals with them — tech in exchange for human trafficking.
