Ohm can respond better than I can, but I think the problem that CYDY had at the time of the TNBC Phase II trial is encapsulated in a line from your work: "all 21 out of the 29 patients who actually responded to the Leronlimab treatment as seen by increases in CAML and / or CTC...."
This is not all the patients treated. This is just the ones who responded. It's like saying, "Of the patients who got better, most got much much better." Which is true, and useful, and even amazing, but one can't see the overall picture if you are just looking at the patients who did better.
I might be misreading what you wrote, in which case, please correct me. I'd be delighted to be wrong.
