yes i want the answer to this too....rfk jr says he wants these kinds of rights and freedoms but i highly doubt his crew will make any of this happen, or even "try" as it is all hot air from nonsense politicians... it seems right to try isnt a right at all. should have been right to try during covid but NO. for number of different drugs - NO. its all about power and money. FDA is worse than a karen infested HOA in a florida gated community. i should have the right to try LL today for my long covid...but NO.
trumps Trickett Wendler, Frank Mongiello, Jordan McLinn and Matthew Bellina Right to Try Act of 2018 has no teeth to it at all. still a long list of gatekeepers and none of them want us to sidestep their rigged profit machine. otherwise i would have access, and a few of my friends and family would be alive today.
soon enough , off label will be the avenue that we can use, as LL WILL be approved for at least ONE thing. even then, the gatekeepers will be hard at work scheming up ways to deny, deflect, and disrupt whatever they possibly can.
