Just listened to the Dream Exchange webinar with CEO Joe Cecala:
From what he said it sounds like the soonest the Dream Exchange (DE) will finish its public comments and licensing process is 6-7 months from now. This means that the soonest the DE could launch (with small company IPO's like UNVC) is September, 2025. But caveat: We still don't know if UNVC will be part of the DE launch or not.
More speculation and waiting.......but hey, what's 6-7 more months when you've already waited years?
