The most significant new information for me in the extremely comprehensive and well laid out CEO Update Letter - clearly written to have on hand when he networks with investors through his new role at CalExit - was:
"positions Valiant Eagle to begin accepting EB-5 funds, unlocking a powerful new funding source for the Super Cinema chain, entertainment ventures, gaming initiatives and high-value acquisitions."
thereby confirming that the Super Cinema project can be funded by that method as I had opined previously.
Then by sheer coincidence, we had the massive exposure of EB-5 on National TV and social media by it being a topic in President Trump's Cabinet Meeting and in subsequent one-on-one TV interviews with the US Commerce Secretary.
There are currently not enough EB-5 projects to satisfy existing demand from investors with the cash immediately available (250,000) and so the number of visas allocated per year is going to be raised to also satisfy a new "Gold Card" category of investor who will invest $5M each.
In any event, the existing 10,000 visa limit is not fully subscribed at the $1.05M (non-TEA) / $800K (TEA) per 10 jobs created requirement level due to a lack of projects offered - so it is great that $PSRU is ahead of the game with an immigration attorney already hired to get the projects set up.
