350mg is not very good across all indications, low receptor occupancy. mTNBC pooled trials and compassionate use showed excellent results at 500mg and 700mg but not 350mg, with of course 700mg being the real star.

I'm guessing by CCL4 you are referring to carbon tetrachloride rather than the ligand CCL4. If so carbon tetrachloride is used to induce MASH in mouse models but is not a disease state itself.
