Now, connect the dots: 1) Funding arrangement by the overseas partners – Nick & the overseas partners started talking more than 1 year ago; 2) Funding from the federal government – at one point the green bank had $27 billion – mostly for solar projects in the rural areas (SC for $SNPW after AL location got cancelled); 3) jk1’s news link – federal funding being blocked & then got cleared; 4) jk1’s tweet link – Nicks production video. Investors discussed about SC-SOLAR’s involvement many months ago.
