What's all this nonsense I'm hearing about all the parts for P3 having been available before this year? JB clearly said that those towers shown in the slide were delivered in March. I think March ended 2 days ago.
And the wet plastic was in a storage facility that leaked. It wasn't stored outside.
Sigh.
