Yes I asked this question to the boards several weeks ago. If you are buying on your phone, the app keeps it at the decimal point. $.19 $.27 $.31. The price may be 30.223% but you still have to buy at 32%.
The trick is either using your computer or switching your phone to the website mode used in the bottom of your search bar. If you switch it to the website or better yet buy on your computer you can pick as far out of the decimal point as you want.
