If the post was simply---I expect a big drop in the stock price--yes, i agree that it should be deleted.

If the post was--I expect a big drop in the stock price--with a reason as to why Drano thinks this is going to happen, then i think it should be left for the board to read.

It can give everyone the option to read the opinion/information and make a decision on what each should do.
