$SNPW, Important Information: A lot of small-cap stocks issue billions of shares with just a couple of days of advanced notices (barely fulfilling the requirement). AI is today’s hyped sector & VHAI (Vocodia Holdings Corp) is an AI stock & very recently, it filed to issue 15,048,000,000 shares (i.e., 15,048,000,000 (more than 15 Billions of Shares)). Now, some people, on here, are complaining about 1b AS. Nick got the authorization to issue these shares more than 1 (one) year ago & did NOT issue a single share yet. In addition, Nick already stated multiple times: He has no intention to dilute. So, this 1b AS is a non-issue because these shares won’t be issued at least in the short run! In the long run, may be a few millions at a time when the stock price will be a lot higher. Many blue-chip companies do it instead of getting a loan. It’s a normal practice on the markets; however, nobody gives you 1 year advanced notice. Nick is different & he will make you rich!
There are thousands of stocks to invest on the markets. However, only a few will make you rich with a few thousands of dollars invested. The stock price of SNPW that you’re seeing now is temporary. You won’t see this price ever again once Nick starts releasing all those PRs back-to-back. You will see how fast your money grows in a few minutes once the run starts!!!
