Not quite so fast here on the status quo. The 4k reverse stock split changed the matrix quite significantly.

Start with the 261,751 outstanding shares that were over 950 million shares pre stock split. That’s correct, pre reverse split shareholders owned over 950m shares of the company authorized 1 billion shares. Status quo for them - I think not.

Further, the reverse split created just shy of 1 billion new shares for the company to use as they deem necessary.

Anyone thinking status quo clearly hasn’t taken a step back to digest the matrix impact of the reverse split.

Shareholders pre reverse split - owners if roughly 950m shares of the 1 billion authorized.

Shareholders post reverse split - owners of roughly 260m shares of roughly 1 billion authorized.
